Biography
Massimiliano Gabardi is a postdoctoral researcher at the PERCRO Lab of the TeCIP Institute of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and CEO of Next Generation Robotics, spin-off of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna specialized in railway robotics.
Massimiliano received the Ph.D. (2018) with honors in Emerging Digital Technologies curriculum Perceptual Robotics from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Italy and the M.Sc. (2014) in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Pisa.
In 2017 he was a visiting Ph.D. Student at the Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique (ISIR) research unit of the university Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC- Sorbonne Universités), Paris, France.
The main research interests of Massimiliano as postdoctoral researcher are in the field of the human robot interaction with a particular focus to wearable haptics, rehabilitation robotics, teleoperation and collaborative robotics.
