Predictive maintenance: the role of robotics
Predictive maintenance is an increasing field of research and industrial application.
At HRI we have developed an inspection robot within a research project funded by Trenitalla spa that allows to perform train underbody inspection.
The robot is based on a patented technology that allows the robot to move safely under the train.
The ARGO robot is now commercialized by Next Generation Robotics, a spin-off company of Scuola Sant’Anna. Check here for further details.
